About us

Private asset management for everyone

Our values

We have digitalized almost all processes – you can use the same services with as little as 5’000 francs and for just 0.5% a year.

At Simplewealth, we believe investing should be simple, clear, and effortless. We want to help you to grow your wealth.

Asset managers and banks are time-consuming to communicate with; they are expensive and do not accept clients with small amounts.

Innovation

We believe in simple, open, and transparent asset management services. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Our History

In 2020, the company was acquired by private investors. This was a new boost for development: the algorithms improved, the number of services provided, and the clients received consistently high performance!

In 2015, two young entrepreneurs with financial services backgrounds, Mr Jeremy Cohen and Mr Adrien Wegschiede, decided to try something new in asset management.

For a year and a half, they created a risk calculation formula that they could use to minimise potential losses and achieve a balanced client portfolio. In the same year, the company, Simplewealth AG, was registered.

In 2017, obtained authorisation to manage client funds from VQF (Swiss Self-Regulated Organisation (SRO), officially recognised by the Federal Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). All processes were automated – conducted onboarding without human involvement (online). Risk calculation and portfolio building were done through a series of question-and-answer surveys and an algorithm developed by the founders.

Futures and options on futures are not covered. As with all securities firms, this coverage provides protection against failure of a broker-dealer, not against loss of market value of securities. For the purpose of determining an Interactive Brokers LLC client account, accounts with like names and titles (e.g. John and Jane Smith and Jane and John Smith) are combined, but accounts with different titles are not (e.g. Individual/John Smith and IRA/John Smith). SIPC is a non-profit, membership corporation funded by broker-dealers that are members of SIPC.
